  • Enjoying training and seeing a Personal Trainer once a week then training myself another 3 to 4 days per week.
  • I've also got back in to cycling and manage to get out every couple of weekends in addition to a short commute during the weekdays.
  • Currently going through the joys of moving house, to Balham in London.


  • Currently working with a Client in London looking at future threats and opportunities to their business
  • Planning and writing interesting blog content
